Frequently asked questions

What does PayPay.cards actually sell?
A prepaid code. When you buy a card, you receive a single-use code by email. You then redeem that code on the partner site where you came from, and they grant you access to their service for the duration printed on the card.
Does the code expire?
The code itself must be redeemed within 7 days of purchase. Once redeemed, the entitlement on the partner site runs for the duration of the card (1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or forever).
Can I get a refund?
No. Prepaid digital codes are non-refundable. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content, waiving the 14-day EU withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
Is this anonymous?
We collect your email to deliver the code and your billing address as required by tax law. We do not sell or share your data with anyone beyond Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery).
I run a website. Can I accept PayPay.cards?
Yes. Apply to become a partner and we will give you API credentials to validate and redeem codes on your side.
